Without knowing more, I would guess that you have a video card or driver problem.  It may also be related to mixed sources of media because the yellow bar is showing.  Can you provide more detail about the computer, graphics system, source footage and project settings?

I had the same problem and rolled back to  Apr 2020 Intel video graphic drivers which fixed the problem.
