Green lines in preview Adobe Elements

Sorry to raise this topic again, I have a dell xps 15 with a GTX1550ti GPU, running  Premier elements. The GPU is on your supported list on both the previous driver 451.67 and the latest 457.3 I get the fault.  Ive also copied the PE preferences, where it looks like it hasnt picked up the GPU.

 

 

Would appreciate any help to get this running. Thanks

Not sure why PE doesnt pick up the GTX 1650ti graphics card. Updated the UHD graphics to 27.20.100.8935, the green lines have now gone, guess Pe will just have to use the Intel UHD graphics for now. .
