Has anyone had this issue in the preview screen

If you have nvidia use the studio driver, not the gaming driver

-for all Adobe programs use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver

Go to the nvidia, AMD or Intel site and download the latest drivers for your graphics card, then restart your computer and the program.
