Help my Adobe Premiere will not launch

Question

I just bought this program two days ago from Best Buy and downloaded it yesterday. The installation was successful but when I go to launch the program it gives me an error message.

"We're sorry, but you are in a country where software distribution is restricted by U.S. law. This application will now Exit. Please uninstall this application from your computer."

I have unistalled and redownloaded it 3 times to make sure it wasn't just a glitch.
