Help Needed with Basic 3D

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me resolve what I thought was a basic task. I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 12 and I'm trying to overlay a video onto a static image of a laptop screen that is on an angle. I can't seem to match up the angle of the video with the screen. I've been using the Basic 3D effect and I can get 2 sides lined up but then the 2 other sides are way off. What am I doing wrong? Is there a tool in Premiere that allows you to plot points to create a shape and then the video fills in that shape?
