helpdesk reconnect

I've been on the chat with helpdesk for over 3 hours to fix my problem of no sound

first with neeraj Rai and later with sandeep singh. both working hard to fix my problem, but now connection failed because of a freeze of my computer. cannot connect back by support because chat is now closed (after 17.00)

can anybody reconnect me with sandeep singh?

    Ask your question here.  There have been some "no sound" issued answered over the past months.
