Hindi (हिन्दी ) subtitles for the video editing [branched and renamed]

Hindi (हिन्दी ) subtitles for the video editing in Premier Elements 2023?
Hello, I have Premier Elements 2021 in the UK, but I could not edit my videos with Hindi subtitles. I contacted many people for help with no success. So I had to switch to Filmora. But I still prefer Premier Elements and would like to upgrade to Premier Elements 2023. My question is, does it have the facility to put Hindi subtitles on my edited videos?
