How can I activate my Mpeg2 component on Premiere Elements 7

I've had this for years but never really used until now. I've created a movie, but can't save it for download or burning without this component being activated. However, the link that is listed is no longer available. I tried searching for other activation links on adobe website, but they all say my product code is invalid.

Can someone help please?
