How can I create a DVD with multiple Audio tracks

I have a choir concert with 2 different Audio tracks that I want to make selectable on the DVD using the Audio button on the remote control. How can I create such a DVD?

I have the 2 audio tracks imported in Premiere Elements.

    The feature of creating DVD with multiple audio tracks is not supported in Premiere Elements.

    I tried to research that.  I couldn't find a way to do it with Premiere Elements.  I google searched for "multiple audio tracks on DVD" and found a few other tools that might work.

    Maybe someone else knows how to do this!
