How can I open a project in premier 14 with a .prv extension in the saved projects?

    I saved the project as a .prel suffix but it gets changed to .prv

    .prv files are preview files, not project files.  Search your computer for the .prel file to find where you are saving the project file.  You can change the location in your settings.
