How do i download special presets from online to adobe premiere elements 2020??

I am not aware of any "special" presets.  Various music tracks, transitions and effects are installed through a post installation connection.  As an option for the user to save disk space, they can be downloaded as needed.  There is also a "download them all" option that will be offered.
