How do I get the most out of my GPUs

I am on Dell XPS-15 With Elements 2022 teying to edit and render Video in 5.3 K 60SPF (Go Pro 11).

 

I have Intel Iris se and NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti GPUs

 

Playback is EXTREMLY slow/ Rendering takes in the Hours. 

 

How do I optimize my resources? 

 

Do I need another / another version for editing. Help 🙂

My first guess is that there are some settings within Premiere Elements that are not set for your choice of footage.  My second guess is that your computer is not capable of 5.3K/60.  With video of that quality, it may be necessary to find software like Premiere Pro that can edit by using proxies.
