How do I gradually slow down a piece of high speed video?

APE 14 running on Win 10

Your help and assistance please.

I have a high speed video in a project I am working on. Wen it gets to the ending I would like to gradual slow it down so it does not end abruptly. I know how to slow down the entire clip by expanding it. But, I want to get near end and gradually slow it down. I think  it would involve sowing down the frame rate, but I don't know how to do that. Maybe here is a effect that does that.

Thanks every body and thanks to the moderators.

Cheers and Peace! Phil

You can do a certain amount using Time Remapping. But probably not to the extent you want to do it.

Premiere Elements doesn't have the ability to keyframe playback speed to a stop or extreme slowdown, if that's what you're looking for.
