How do I move adobe Premier Elements to a different computer

I purchased adobe elements to create videos for work. It is now on my laptop but I want to use in on my my larger screened computer. How do I transfer the app to my MacOS

If the larger computer is an Apple, you can install it again. The limit is two computers. If the larger computer is Windows, it doesn't work. Oddly, if you by a retail boxed set on discs, you get discs for both.
