How to I force Premiere Elements to NOT save my PE projects to OneDrive, and simply save them on my hard drive? Unfortunately, when I delete PE files on OneDrive in order to make more room, it also deletes them on my PC.

Hi @jcm48 . You must have turned on Autosync in onedrive for backup, that's why all your Pe projects are getting saved there as well. If you want to Save the project on your local hard drive, you can click Save As option under File in PRE and choose whatever place you want your project to get saved at for Ex-Desktop,Downloads etc. Thanks

Make a folder on your preferred harddisk.

Open project and do a Save as to this new folder.

If you have your clips stored on One Drive move them to this new folder.

Go into Scratch Disks and make sure all is set to this new location (Same as Project).

One Drive is not suited for editing just for backup.

I do not use Microsoft one drive at all... so, on Windows 11, I went to apps and uninstalled it

Since one drive is a Microsoft product that is not 'native' to Adobe programs you must have told PrElements to use that

What did you do to tell PrElements to use one drive in the first place?
