How to batch export multiple clips from Premiere Elements 2020 to Organizer

With the Autoanalyzer tool from Premiere Elements 2020 a video can be cut up into multiple scenes. How can I automatically export these as video clips to the Organizer and apply smart tags to them?

There is no automatic way to do this in Premiere Elements.
