How to deactivate Photoshop Elements 15 before uninstal?

Hello,

can someone explain me how to deactivate PS Elements 15 before I uninstal it, please? I want to use it on another PC. I cannot find anything helpful in the "box" "help menue". (There is no "deactivate" or anything similar.)

(Sorry for wrong vocabulary and grammar, I don't know the correct English vocabulary for PC problems.)

Go to the Help menu and sign out of the program. This will deactivate it on that machine.
