How to export titles used in a project to use in another.

I have created a number of titles in project 1 that i now wish to use in Project 2, 3 ,4 etc..

How to I export these then reimport them. Eveything I see on the web DOES NOT WORK as selecting the titles in project Assets then selecting file export IS NOT AN OPTION in Premiere 2025 ?

Please can someone help with this it will save so much time.. Wayne
