How to get TOD files into PrE 2020 Mac

Hi all i have and use a JVC Camcorder which uses TOD file format.

My question is does anyone know of any sort of a patch that can help me get files of my camcorder onto my A P E 2020.

For information I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements on my Mac.
