how to install Clarity VX (by Waves Central)

Does anyone know how I can install the Clarity VX plugin into Premiere Elements 2025?

I've watched YouTube videos of it working in Premiere Pro where the plugin appears in the Audio Mixer. I've looked there in PE 2025, plus I've looked through the Fx > Audio effects, but I don't see it either place.

Is there a way to use this plugin in PE 2025?

If not, do you know of a plugin like Clarity VX? This plugin removes background noises using AI with just the turn of a dial! (Example: you can remove wind noise, airplane noise, etc)
