How to make 3 short videos from one long one

I'm a rank beginner editing my first video (actually a series of still photos), using Premiere Elemets 2020. After loading and applying transitions/effects to a lot of photos, I've decided it would be better to make 3 short videos rather than one long one. How do I separate and save segments of my timeline into independent videos?

Correct answer Peru Bob

Export (share) only the part on the timeline for each video separately.

One way to do this is to save three different projects before exporting by temporary deleting the unwanted clips for each project.  Ctrl Z  (undo) is your friend.

Another way is to just choose the in and out points before exporting.

Another way is to do a Save As with the master project to "Short Version 1", "2" and "3".  Then open and edit each one deleting any parts you want to get rid off.

Without a sequence nesting option, the easiest way might be to export/render your long video publish to your computer, then make your edit decisions from that.

Thanks for your response, KoMaruyama. Apologies for my ineptness, but I'm still not clear on how that would work. Could you please explain a bit more? Thank you.
