How to open Premiere and Photoshop Elements?

both adobe photoshop elements 15 and premiere were downloaded on my new Mac mini. Can't find icon to open premier.

It sure sounds to me like the program was not properly installed.

BTW, hold old is this Mac Mini and what operating system do you have on it? What processor do you have with how much RAM?

Launch Finder and go to:

Applications >> Adobe Premiere Elements 15 >> Support Files >> Adobe Premiere Elements.app

Right-click (control-click) on the app in Support Files and choose Open

If the app launches you can right-click on the dock icon and choose:

Options >> Keep in Dock

Thank u for ur assistance but when I get to the premiere icon it is faded and won't let me click on it. Also there are no right clicks on a mac.

Can you see Premiere Elements in Applications to confirm it is properly installed?

Did you purchase directly from Adobe or from the app store?

Normally on mac you can hold down two fingers on the trackpad to get the right-click options or use control+click.

Alternatively go to launchpad and click on the dark blue icon named Adobe Photoshop Elements 15. That should take you to the welcome screen - see image below - you then choose Video Editor.
