How to reduce

My video captured an unpleasant high-pitched squeal. I think it is at about 525 Hz. The hum reduction features of Premiere Elements seem to max out at 75Hz. Is there anything I can do to eliminate this squeal?

Have you tried a Notch Filter audio effect? You can set it to remove sound at specific frequencies.

It can't work miracles with bad audio, of course. But it can remove audio problems like you're describing.
