How to remove watermark after buying full version

I got the trial version and as soon as I loaded the videos I wanted to edit, I noticed the watermark "this video was created on Elements free trial". So I bought the full version. Watermark still there both for the videos I first tried editing and for any new vieo or project I start. I have restarted the project with different videos, still the same problem. I have tried "delete rendered videos", still not working. Additionally, every time I run the program, I get the prompt to buy the full version, even though I have already bought it!!! Please help

Go to the preferences (under the Edit menu on a PC) and click the button to clear the Media Cache.

If that doesn't do it, go to the directory folder on your computer where your project file(s) is saved and delete the folder Adobe Premiere Elemetns Video Previews.
