How to reuse a segment of a Premiere Elements project in a different project

I'm new to PE, using PE 13 to create four related videos. I want them to have consistent titles at the beginning, just with different text and images. In other words, all would be X seconds long, using the identical music for audio, the same fade-in, etc. Using the first intro as a starting point, I would swap in a same-size image, and change the text within the existing format.

I tried renaming the file and deleting everything after the intro, but apparently I can't import one .prel file into another. Do I REALLY have to create each of the other three from scratch?
