How to turn off media creator in Premiere Elements 21

How do I turn off this annoying feature in PremEl 21 I cannot find any option to accomplish this in the preferences.  Thanks for your help

Try going to the preferences in the Organizer (under the Edit menu on a PC) and, on the Media-Analysis page, uncheck the Analysis Options.
