I can't activate Adobe Premiere Elements

I bought a key for Adobe Premiere Elements, but I can't activate my product. I bought the key from a "reseller" for charities.

I downloaded the product from Adobe. I made an account(not this account).

Pasted my key on https://account.adobe.com/products

I got a message the key was already used. The weird thing is. The product with key is listed on https://account.adobe.com/products as if I activated the product.

Everytime I start Adobe Premiere Elements I got the trial message. I'm logged in.

I have already logged out and logged back in. That didn't help
