I'd like to report a serious consistent problem

Haveing alot of consistent crashes with premiere elements 18. 

 

using top teir video effects features such as "deep copper" freezes the entire program and i have to close out of it with task manager. this problem occurs frequently and i have not seen a recent update that fixes this problem. plz help!

I tried "Deep Copper" on my Windows 10 computer with Premiere Elements 2020 and it did not crash.   It is hard to help in situations like this.  If something consistantly crashes one maching but does not consistantly crash a lot of machines it is hard to pinpoint the problem.   One alternative is to start and online chat session with Adobe staff.  The can run your computer remotely and potentially find a setting or conflicting program.   https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
