Dear all,

I am working with Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 on a project and suddenly I stopped to hear audio. Using playback, video is OK, I see audio track, I can edit it, but I do not hear it. And I could hear it few days ago. Also, when I play source MTS files outside Premiere, I can hear audio. I have Windows 10. Do you have an idea where the problem is please? Thank you

    This is likely the issue:

Within Premiere Elements' Preference section there are some audio hardware choices.  Try changing them.  Each machine is different.  On my machine, sometimes they get changed by something within Windows and I have to change it back.

Have you tried the changes suggested to your Audio Hardware setting.
