I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2024. Is there a training document or course for beginners?

I am a beginner when it comes to video editing. I have many videos that I would like to do something with but when I try I don’t get very far.

1. Today I wanted to simply rotate the video from portrait to landscape. That is not an option under quick. The help forum suggested going to an option that does not appear on my software (or at least on “Quick” page I am using. I know I have figured it out before, so it can be done, but why is there not a simple option to rotate?

2. Moving the file from Adobe Photoshop Element to Adobe Premier Elements results in error box saying there is a Clip Mismatch Warning. I haven’t started a project yet and this is the clip so what does that even mean?

3. When I want to save something i wants to call it “My New Video Project” and wants to save it in the software program. I feel like it should intuitively know to save it in my Elements Organizer location because it does that for photos edited.

4. I would also like to be able to go frame by frame through the video and grab shots to make into jpg photos. There is a option to look for candid shots but my videos aren’t of people so it doesn’t work.

Is there a good manual, or training guide?
