I have no video after export, only audio

Just bought Premiere Elements 2018.  Have used previous versions.  Finished editing.  Chose export and share for computer. Saved.  But there's no visual, only audio.

What can I do?

    P.S.  After the "export," the notice says that the file is 229 MB, but when I open the file there's only 2.3 MB there

    Which Export & Share option did you select?

    Which player are you watching the video in? Windows Media Player can't play all formats. Try VLC Media Player (free).
