I i am not able to burn any more DVDs

Question

Until last month, I was burning, on Premiere Elements 10, project files on both DVDs and Blue Ray Discs. As there were no changes on my computer, I i am not able to burn any more DVDs but only Blue Rays. Trying to burn a DVD the message  " No burners detected " appears . Is there any solution for the problem ?.

The issue is likely unique to your system.

You don't say what operating system you're using or even if you're on a PC or a Mac, so it's hard to give any specific advise.

But a good first step, especially on Windows, is to go to your computer's manufacturer's web site (HP, Compaq, Dell) and reload the firmware provided from that site rather than allowing Windows to provide you universal drivers.
