Am now being asked to input my serial number to log into premiere elements but the serial number is not accepted. How can I fix this problem?

Are you saying that it wasn't previously installed. You're only now installing it for the first time?

Where did you get the serial numbers from? Are you using the 1057 serial number for Photoshop Elements and the 1143 serial number for Premiere Elements?

Also, what operating system are you using?
