I screwed up on registation

I was a college instructor in Graphic Arts. Two years later with the college closed and no Adobe provided I bought the Elements version. I put in the code for PS Elements and then two weeks later tried to open Premiere Elements and found that I needed the code again. Bummer my wife threw out the DVD cover and I don't have the code.

Please, how can I get it??

Thanks

>my wife threw out...

You need to have a box with YOUR NAME on it, and a note to your wife to keep her hands off... and she needs to buy replacements

Also note that PS Elements (Photoshop Elements) and Premiere Elements are two different programs and would each would have a separate activation number.

But Ann is right. First check to see if you registered the product. If so, your serial number is on file.

Login to Adobe.com and, under the login in the upper right corner, select View Account. The page that opens will list every program you've activated and its serial number.

If you have thrown out the serial number as in dvd cover that is the end of the story. No way to retrieve unless you registered in your Adobe account.
