Import issue known and not solvable
Dear Adobe Customer Care,
Sadly, even after the kind interventions of your support members, the import problem remained. After the changes your support members have made, my otherwise perfectly working hardware turned into a slow and woody piece of equipment.
After discussing it briefly with your technician, who assured me everything would work just fine now, the issue with Abode Premiere ELements 2024 and my GPU seems to be well known on other forums on the internet.

After redoing things back to normal, the pc works fine again, but Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 is yet again disfunctional.
Weirdly, the trial version worked just fine, the problems started after purchasing the full version.
Since the purchased software is not compatible with my system, I have no other choice then to abandon and request for a refund of my purchase.

Sending you a simple e-mail seems near to impossible with the no-reply one direction e-mails youhave sent. Hence my retreat to this forum as it is the only link I could find.
