Import resolutions supported

Hi,

Can premiere elements 2019

import the following resolutions:

1. 1920 x 1080 (30fps),

2. 1920 x 1080 (60fps),

3. 1280 x 720 (60fps),

4. 720 x 480 (60fps).

    But, that said, the video should look virtual identical to the original.

    You are asking about variables that can't be predicted.   And further, the judgement will be in your eyes!

    One of the reasons that free, trial versions are encouraged is to find out if it measures up to your needs.

    It depends on which 'quality' you're asking about.

    A lot depends on the file format (MP4, AVI, MTS) and codec (AVC, H.264, MJPEG, etc.). But, yes, it can edit those resolutions and frame rates.

    But can it match its project settings to them?

    1. yes

    2. yes

    3. yes

    4. no. Though it can edit  in 640x480p60.

    If a video imported is 60fps

    and exported at 30fps,

    would quality be lowered?

    Video imported and exported

    is 720x480.
