Question

'import360' and other issues

Any guidance on why this is happening on all my installed desk top Adobe products. The apps either hang after reaching a point in the load process See images attached for file names like import360prm or load after a couple of hours and from my research into potential solutions for over the past week without success and it’s apparent the issues have been around since 2015. I’m paying top dollar for a bunch apps I can’t use and are in integral to my work.

Do you have  fix or a reason as to why this happens?

You cannot import a project file (prel) into Elements.

You need to OPEN the file.

Elements does not support 360 files.

this is the Elements forum.

For Rush questions: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/ct-p/ct-premiere-rush?page=1&sort=latest_replies&lang=all&tabid=all

Please doe not ask 3 different questions in one thread.

why did you post in the enterprise & teams forum?  eg, do you have a teams or enterprise or education subscription to premiere pro and a license to premiere elements?

And you are? Are you an Adobe support team member? If so, perhaps you could
direct yourself at my concerns and read my post properly.

I am not trying to import 360 images or videos. Adobe Rush doesn't seem to
want to progress beyond importerquicktime.prm, lightroom classic has stopped
recognising my external hard drives and my fully licensed copy of Premier
Elements wont or takes a light year to load past the OCFX.aex file,
according to the splash screen.

In my humble opinion and experience Adobe Support sucks and if you
understand the irony "any port in a storm will do" which in this particular
case is this particular email address having trawled youtube and the
community forums. I'm not prepared to waste any more time(2 weeks) and money
(full subscription) trying to sort this out. My miniscule contribution to
the Adobe profits (I'm not an enterprise client) just a humble user, but I
feel a subscription cancellation is but a short click away. There are other
products out there worthy of consideration.

Kind regards
