No puedo descargar archivos raw  en Premiere Elements 2023

Para poder descargar los archivos RAW, contrataré la versión 2022 de Premiere elements y seguiré su consejo de solicitar la devolución de la  cantidad abonada de la versión 2023.

¿Pueden indicarme el trámite para solicitar la devolución ?


To get your refund, initiate contact with Adobe support through the online chat system.  In the USA the link is:  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.  In the chat box, ask for "Agent".  I think it should be the same in your country.  If not, consider using google searching for "Adobe refund".

La versión 15.3 de Cámera Raw ya la tengo instalada con el Adobe Photoshop 2023.

I've enjoyed using RAW photo files in both slideshows and composite videos.  It was a unique feature that Premiere Elements could use RAW photo files for a long time.  Premiere Elements would read any sidecar files created by Lightroom Classic.  Even Premiere Pro could not do it.   Unfortunately, the RAW photo file capability was removed from Premiere Elements version 2023.   It still works in version 2022.  

 

For version 2023 you will have to convert to JPEG or other readable format in Photoshop, Lightroom, Photoshop Elements, etc.  It becomes the same workflow as use in Premiere Pro when still are used.
