Importer reported a generic error

Using "Adobe Premiere Elements 12"

One of my video clips from the same video shoot on my i-phone will not download to my time line "Project Assets"

Error message pops up " Importer Reported a Generic Error" Tried a cold boot but nothing changed.

Any options?
