Hello Is it possible to download music from Spotify and use this as a soundtrack for a Premier 2022 video? Thank You

You may have to have a YouTube account.  I have a small one with a half dozen short videos that get a few views.   With that account I can sign in to "YouTube Studio" and get to the free audio library.  Here is a link to their instructions.  https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3376882?hl=en

    Consider using a source other than Spotify.  My favorite source for good quality, copywrite free (legal) and free (no) cost video music is the YouTube Studio Audio Library.  The quality is good and it is easy to download tracks for use in Premiere Element projects.

    You may import MP3 or WAV files into a video project

     

    You need to ask Spotify if it is possible and legal to download to a sound file
