What driver edition do you have installed? For my machine, driver 456.71 is current and only six days old. Sometime, depending on the GPU, drivers can be too new and picking an older one is necessary.
My geforce gtx 1050 has 456.17 driver, open now adobe maybe 1-3 times when 10 times try opening. Always has open in this-Organiser.but edit workbench sometimes. Maybe loading A 2019 again, some tell, that win defender off, when loading source Dvd,it maybe stop some things to load from programs feature,that are not in property lista ? Not current space total katastrove,try steadfastness it open at least. I try loading again. thanks, give more info if invent some
