I'm trying to retrieve the installation files for adobe premiere elements 11. Does somebody has a link to download them. Thanks in advance

Elements 2021 has a Download button for both (cropped to remove serial numbers)

But the very old and no longer available CS3 does not have a Download button (dead products, so partial serial numbers don't matter)

If you registered it with Adobe, there might be a download available on your account page.

As far as I know Adobe has removed all downloads older than the most recent 2 versions

If you don't have a link on your account, there is no way to obtain that old version

-Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
EDIT - Adobe changed the page

--IF a download is available there will be a Download button under the program name
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you always have what you need

---since Adobe DOES sometimes remove very old downloads from their file server
