Installation mac freezes premiere elements 2020

Hello I have a problem, I recently bought the software but when I start installing the program freezes at 6%... I tried to look for a solution but I can't find anything that helps!

I have a MacBook from 2011 with 4 GB RAM and our Intel core I5 processor! I have a SS D Drive installed with enough space.

I was really looking forward to use the program but unfortunately I can't do anything with it!! it is really frustrating so I hope anyone can help me!
