Installation my product on new computer

I have following products: Design and Web Prem and Premiere Eelemnts

I got new computer and its now 64-bits Windows system.When i click Download i find just 32-bits installation files (my old computer is 32 bits). I downloand that but i am not able to install, i got error.

Where can I find  64-bits downloand to install on my new computer?

What version of Premiere Elements are you trying to install on what operating system?

Now i bought oppgrade photoshop and element. 

I need opgrade to Win 64 bits Dreamweaver, Indesign and Illustrator.

This forum has NOTHING to do with any product other than Premiere Elements

 

CS6 and earlier are not longer sold... you must buy a Cloud subscription for those other programs

Why is that? Is it oppgrade to 64-bit system?

Here is just Photoshop and Premiere (videoeditor).
I had as well Dremweaver, Indesign and Illustrator. Is it possible to get Dreamweaver, Indesign and Illustrator oppgrade?
