Installed premere elements does not recogonze a disk drive

This happened before, but the first time I tried to burn a DVD ftom Premere Elements 22 (ver 20) it fails to find and use my installed DVD/BluRay disk drive.  Other apps have no problemreading or writing.

I always create an ISO and use a different program to actually burn the DVD
