IOS Ventura and Premiere Elements

I was stupid enough to update my IOS a while ago. I have many Premier Elements projects and also finished projects, and now I am unable to open any of my files. It's about time Adobe fix this problem asap, or I consider a refund for a useless product. Thank you 😒

Which version of Premiere Elements do you have?

If you do not have the current 2023 version you need to blame Apple for not including backward compatibility in the newer version of their operating system

Very simple example... a company sold version A and then B and now C

C supports the current operating system on a computer

A and B are not compatible with the current operating system

I do not know of ANY company that goes back to modify A or B

This is NOT the fault of the company selling programs, but it IS the fault of the operating system company making changes and not maintaining backward compatibility

Apple is at fault here, not Adobe

To use an old program you need to keep using an old operating system

I highly recommend you ask for your refund. Adobe will not update the product to work with the new operating system until its next generation, assuming that's coming.

Thank you for your respond. It wasn't a lot of money, but it is extremely enoying that Adobe treats their customers like this.
