Is Adobecare@oxxlook.com a official support mail?

On 09.12.2019 i postet my problem - "Premiere Elements 2020 - Weiche Blende" which is still unsolved.

I get an personal massage in the forum that i should contact "Adobecare@oxxlook.com".

In the last mail from the 06.01.20 they asked my about my serial number - after that the mail didnt reply...
