Is it possible to set a default font?

Use the same font for all my video texts...is there a way to set a default size and font and streamline that process?

The only option is to select one of the Text Styles from the list in the Title Adjustments panel, right-click on it and set it as your default.

You can't create and save your own font and style as a default font.
