Is Kinetic Typogrpghy possible in elements 2021?

My goal is to be able to make simple lyric videos with my premiere elements package. I would like nice annimated text maybe a template of some sort. Is this possible with Elements? How so?

You can use the Typography motion titles to achieve the desired result. Also, you can customized these titles as per your need.

After Effects and Premiere Pro would be better apps for that, depending upon what kind of animation you want.
