Is there a Keyboard Shortcut for "set inpoint" and "set outpoint" for Premiere Elements 2019?

I've found several links to PE keyboard shortcuts--but none of them show these shortcuts. Thanks!

    In the Clip Monitor, you can set the in and out points using the "i" and "o" keys.
